Notes
This run was a smidge over 8 miles. Jen and I started Cally's long run with her to give our teammate a few miles of company. Melissa and Dot also joined us on the trail. Felt like we were stinting Cally hardcore. We weren't going too quick, but it felt taxing. Breathing pattern was weird -- felt like a kid on an indoor track (probably due to the temperature fluctuation this time around?). First and only "cold" run day of the week.
