Notes
Solo run on the Dino Trails. Waited for a break in-between rainstorms to get these miles in. Finished with strides, then a med ball set in the backyard. Strides felt great! Left plantar still hurts. Iced plantars and calves with TheraPearl packs again, after med ball.
