Morning track workout with Olivia, Anne-Marie, and Rachele. Got there early for drills and stretches. This was our last tune-up before Club XC Nationals (!!!), so I opted for cross country spikes. Ran 6x400m with 1:30 jog rest. We continued our way around the track for the rest interval, always starting the next rep at a random spot -- this meant no 200m splits. The point was to go by feel.

13-ish mph winds. This will be similar to Saturday's race conditions, and it felt totally manageable. Glad to have the practice in the wind and lower temps. Finished the morning with a med ball set post-CD, 1x10.
