10 exercises, 50s ea, 10s rest
Abs felt great today! Last exercise was toe touches, and I finally felt some progress. :) Did toe touches for 30s straight, took a 3s break, and finished the last 17s. So lose to 50s straight! I will get there. Everything else was good.
