Notes
Morning group run from the store. Did the standard 9.3-ish mile loop. Started with Dot and Sammy, then found myself pulling ahead. Legs felt monumentally better than yesterday. I think I'm adjusting to the heat more, too. Thought I missed a turn, and went a little out of my way at one point. Essentially averaged sub-7:20s.
Pace quickened as the run progressed. Got in some hurdle drills after the drive home.
