Notes

Squeezed in a quick weight set at Lifetime before zipping off to the St. Blase Mardi Gras party. Group #1 weights, 1x10. Finished with squats on the Bosu ball. Used a med ball for lunges since the gym was PACKED, and I couldn't find a free squat bar or room to use it.
