New Fitness Blender routine! This one kicked. My. Butt. Had to make a few modifications, especially on those static holds. I definitely want to try this video out again -- it revealed a lot of my trouble spots. 6 groups of 2 exercises, twice each in ABAB format. Held each exercise for 35s each, with 10s rest. I looked at the 35s and underestimated how good this workout would be.
