Unquantified threshold workout on the River Trail with Ali and Lu. We ran 7x3:00 with 1:00 jog rest. Even after yesterday's time off, I've been feeling pretty drained. While I think it's mostly mental, coach told me not to go too crazy with pace today. I stayed in the back of our trio for the first 5 repeats, then led the 6th and the second half of the 7th. Definitely picked up the pace when I led (maybe a hair too much), so it's good I didn't go up front until the end. We ran a smart workout as a group, picking up each repeat gradually.

Ran to the track (11:39) to stride 4x200m in spikes. We ran in lanes 5 & 6 on the track, but started on the wrong mark for the first 200m. My splits were 30.6 (likely 33 pace -- we think we started 3s up), 34.0, 33.2, and 34.5. Cooled down for 7:09 on the infield and finished with some GS.

Ice tubbed below the knee in the training room afterward for 17:16 (lost track of time).
