A handicap run/mock race without warm-up or cool-down or flats. Started 6 minutes behind everyone else and ended up passing everyone by the end. Definitely a fun run. Was aiming for sub-7s, but still pretty satisfied with how I ran. Right ankle still irritated a little before and about 20 minutes after run. Rinsed off in the Straits of Mackinac (and shampooed), so kind of used the water as a way of icing the feet.
