Group run from the LO store. Digestive issues (had to stop once in the woods), a sickness I'm fighting off, and other fun led to a solo run (teammates ahead and behind me, with growing gaps). Sam Hanson and Dot passed me as I jumped in the woods. Took the alternative route on the loop (left on Harmon), and bought bottles of DayQuil/Niquil later on.
