Workout on the Stony Creek lake loop in flats. Got there early for drills and stretches. Ran 4x1mi with 800m jog rest with Danna. Dot and Cally started a few seconds behind us each rep.
Felt super smooth and manageable. Went out in 86 with Danna for miles 2, 3, and 4. Ran solid negative splits for the second half of each mile, every time. Feeling smart and fit and confident. All these extra hours of sleep are paying off. This is getting me amped for Peachtree!
Temps climbed to 70+ degrees over the course of the workout. Finished with GS, post-CD. Headed to Ormsbee later in the day for a plantar/calf massage.
