Full-team run! Well, for at least part of the way. ;) Hit the pavement and then the dirt roads with the girls. I enjoyed talking with some of the new frosh. Finished with 4 barefoot strides on the soccer field near the end of the run. Then simulated med ball exercises with a basketball.
