Morning workout on the Stony Creek lake loop in flats with Dani and Kinsey. Got there early for drills and stretches. First couple repeats felt sludgy, but got into the rhythm for the second half of the workout. We're switching into half marathon focus now in terms of workouts and volume, and I'm ready for it.
