Morning run from the house with Cally, Kinsey, Danna, and Dot. Really wanted to get strides in, but the footing was a little iffy. A light sleet/rain mix was falling during this run, coating the pavement near the end. Got strides in anyway, and with no issues.
Went to Ormsbee's later in the day for some spine/neck/hip adjustments, plantar rub, and 10:00 of stim on each calf.
