Met up at Hart Middle School for a run on the dirt roads with Katie, Dani, Cally, and Jen. Legs felt fresh. Dani and I were hauling the last few miles. I fell off her ~15-20s near the end, but was glad for the nudge. Threw on the T7 flats for 2x200m on the outdoor track with walk-back rest.
The interval splits sharply differed -- the second one seemed off, but my legs felt properly tested, so I stopped at two 200m bouts. It's a start...
