Playmakers Elite morning run from Strange Matter with Johnny, Beth, Sarah Brewer, and Louie. We averaged 7:45/mi pace! And it felt incredibly manageable. Feeling like I'm making progress, one step at a time. Finished with strides in the parking lot and Boston cream donuts.
Went back to the apartment to do core, foam roll, and stretch.
