Notes
Morning run from the house with Danna, Rachele, Olivia, and Anne-Marie. We bumped into Trent and Ryan a couple miles in, and they joined us. 79 ºF (!!) by the end of the run.
Averaged ~7:30/mi pace for the first three miles, ~7:00s for the next three, and I'm not sure on the last three miles. I just kinda gauged it. Ryan and I found ourselves ahead of the group the last few miles. We weren't crushing, but it was awesome for these paces to finally start feeling manageable...and in the heat too.
Very, very happy with today's run. A sign of progress. Mileage and pace felt super solid and natural.
