Stevenson to Dodge (Ford Hump), then repeats up the road by Ford II High School and back the way we came

Non-stop workout run. Did not stop between WU/workout/CD and ran hard uphill, and used the downhill as a jog interval.
First Wednesday team practice of the indoor season. Fell off Kevin around the second repeat. First on the team to finish this workout...but DON'T HAVE AN EGO. Still have tons of work to for cross next season.
