Notes

Tried a new Fitness Blender ab workout today. I haven't done one of their videos in awhile. This was 3 sets of 4 exercises each. Each set was done twice in a row, with 45s "on" and 10s rest. Felt a good amount of burn, and really enjoyed the modification toe touches (toe touch leg drops). Had trouble keeping my legs straight on reverse crunches.
