Hill workout in some windy, rainy weather. Had to forego WU set, due to lack of shelter and presence of constant rain. After some dynamic stretching, I was on my way. Tackled some hills on the side of the highway by the beach. I was lucky to find 3 decent-sized ones close together.
Did 15 hills total (4-4-3-4), the longest one being ~1:45 long (3rd set). Jogged 3:00-3:15 in-between each set. Ran 4 strides on pavement in the beach parking lot post-run. Finished with a quick 8-exercise GS set, 1x10. I really miss having workout buddies, but tried to make the most of this run. :)
