Another solid Danna-led strength set with her and Cally. Felt like my strongest circuit yet. Usual format.

Assisted pull-ups

Squat with kettle bell (40 lbs)

Mountain climbers

Box step-ups with dumbbells (5 lbs ea.)

Running arms (3 lbs ea.)

Box jumps

Med ball push-ups: 1 arm, roll to other

Dead bug

Single-leg bridge
