I AM SO HAPPY. Morning workout in flats on the lake loop with Dani and Kinsey at half marathon pace (Kevin wanted us at 5:43 so we'd have that 1:15:00 pace as a benchmark). I was freaking out about this workout in the days leading up to it -- 2 out of my last 3 workouts have been rough (threw in some 5:50s and a 6:15 when I was supposed to be 5:40, for example). I'm so glad to have climbed out of the rut. Feeling so much better, physically and mentally.
Felt incredibly smooth, especially on the first interval. Finished with a GS set, post-CD.
