Notes

Yin yoga class at the gym. Big focus on hips today. We also did several lunge variations. Headed to Ormsbee's straight after. He said it's a good sign my limp is gone and believes I am progressing in the healing process. It was good to hear. He also rubbed out both feet (plantars, in-between metatarsals, etc).

Got stim afterward on my right foot in two spots: stress fracture area and below the ankle. Ice bucketed my right foot after work.
