Got out of bed late, and faced the consequence of a much warmer run. Hit the trails to beat the heat. Hobos were an overgrown jumble, so after I ran some mileage in the Arbs, I took the River Trail back via the Crego Lake entrance. Biked to Jenison for post-run weights, foam rolling, and ice tubbing. Iced from the hips down.
