Beautiful day for a run! Danny, Beth, and I joined Johnny for 3 miles of his WU down Peacock Road and Britton. Then we ran back to the car to drop off Danny. Our 6 miles with him ended up averaging 8:20/mi pace.
Beth and I did our remaining mileage on Stoll. Legs are definitely tired from this week, but already feeling stronger than we were last week at Bath. Progress is progress!
