Notes
Morning run from the duck pond with Olivia, Rachele, Dot, Danna, Anne-Marie, and Chelsea. The roommates had a long run for the morning, and I stayed with Liv, Rach, and A-M before I had to turn around. Felt pretty good, even as the pace quickened. Roughly 7 miles for the day. Finished with strides in the neighborhood behind the house.
Foam rolled and stretched for awhile after. Then iced left knee (it's been flaring up for the first time ever) and both calves.
