Another Danna/Nikki strength routine, this time with Chelsea, Rachele, and Anne-Marie. This one was a bit longer than last time, but targeted a lot of the same areas: glutes, hamstrings, and breathing technique. The routine was (8 exercises, 2x1:00 ea.) x2.
