Morning run with Skroll, Julia, Shelby, and Brooke. :) We did the full Playmakers loop, then some of us added on in the Marigold subdivision to make this a 10-mile day. Finished with 4 strides in the street post-run. Legs feel better than they have all week.
Because of the two-day long high school meet we're hosting, there is no formal practice for the rest of the week.
