Did an entire long run on the 6-mile Stony loop with Jen Rock at a casual but solid pace (sub-7:05s avg.). :) She joined me for 14 of these miles, which was fantastic. The loop was perfectly clear (my calves were cheering). No ice or snow to mess with. And there were tons of runners out, which was cool.
Left plantar is a little agitated post-run.
