5x2:00 hard w/in a 45:00 run
Team practice. Fell off on pretty much all the repeats, but not by too much, I guess. Hard repeats, I think I got a lot out of them. Wore lots of layers I didn't need in response to yesterday's weather -- SO much better than yesterday's weather! Watch from freshman year is finally dying, though. The buttons don't work anymore. :(
