Morning track session at App State in flats: (800m, 400m) x4 with 200m, 400m jog rest, respectively. Essentially, these were broken 1200's. Ran WU with Brandon, Wes, and Caleb. The App State track is under construction, so we ran this in Lane 7 with a cut-through across the turf for ~40m each lap.

Wes and Johnny paced me for this. 800's felt smooth, but 400's felt terrible. Felt like I didn't have another gear, and thought I was going to puke after two of them. Main takeaway from this workout: Let's work on foot speed. Need to get that back.
