Notes

Pieced together my own Danna strength circuit today. It wasn't the same without the full strength trio. Cally and Danna are both still training out-of-state for awhile. Really missed them during this sesh. Same format as always.

Jump rope

Lat pull down

Kettlebell squats

Push-ups with tricep pulls (8 lb dumbbells)

Med ball slams

Heel raises with single-leg lowering

Box jumps

Squats on Bosu ball

Planks (front & both sides)

Single-leg bridge (1:00 ea. leg)
