8:00 WU + 13:50 run
Did quickups for the first time ever today. :) It's when you run up a hill with exaggerated form (arms and knees super bent), then jog slowly back down the hill, then repeat. Right ankle a little sore after the morning run, was limping a little at breakfast. It was also acting up a little bit after this shake-out run, too. Iced once at night.
