7-10x3:00 threshold with 1:00 jog rest. Felt like I trudged through this workout. The rest of the team had a track workout. Thank goodness I had Shelby to do some of this with me. She joined me for the first 7 intervals, and I ended up doing 9. We kept the rest strictly at 1:00, except for on the sixth interval when I thought we were lost and we had to start the interval over.

I'm so glad I had Shelby for this. My legs felt like they were running through mud the entire way. But we got it done. Finished with 4x15s CD near the end of CD. Foam rolled in the training room after GS and ice bathed for 12:30. I have a lot of recovery to focus on between now and Raleigh, starting with a 10 p.m. bedtime.
