Ran in the city by the hotel. Out-and-back on High Street. Ran alone because the other 10k-ers wanted to go at 9am before breakfast, whereas I wanted to sleep in and eat before I ran. To each her own. :)
Followed up the run with an ice bath (duration: 12:30) in the hotel room tub.
