Notes
Morning run with Dot, Mel, Jen, Dani, and Bethany (recruit from George Mason). We ran a loop that started on Paint Creek, hopped onto the Clinton River Trail, took us to Livernois, then on some dirt roads (including Dutton) that connected us back on Paint Creek.
According to Jen's Garmin, our first mile was 7:58 but we averaged 7:15 pace overall...so we made up for the slow mile and were hauling it near the end. :)
