Went to Jon's group run at Stony Creek. It was a low turnout day, but I still got almost 3 miles in with Kevin Salter, Joe Gerow, and Jon before falling off. We were ~6:29 and 6:21 for the first two miles. Gabi Anzalone biked by me for company the entire way.
We ran the 6-mile loop and added on a bit before and after to make about 7 miles. Then we all hung out in the parking lot at Eastwood Beach for almost 2 hours (!!!) before heading to Panera for a long lunch. Good times with good people.
