Today's weather was much like yesterdays: Pouring rain for hours and hours, but only before and after practice. It's not very warm out yet, but the humidity allowed for us to run in shorts and T-shirts. Jules and I even went sports bra for the 1600m.
Spiked up today for a great outdoor track workout. Ran with Vern, Lindsay, and Julia. Rachel M started a few seconds back from us each interval, and she was supposed to catch us by the end of each one. We ran great as a group today, and it was an awesome feeling to bag this hard run. Longer intervals like these get me so pumped for my next 5k and the 10k. :)
Ran the last 5 minutes of CD barefoot on the wet faux turf of the outdoor track. Followed up the workout with a med ball set on the indoor track, 1x10.
