Notes

Weights after warm-up set. Group #1, 1x8. Newest accomplishment was using 20lb. weights instead of 15lb. for my shoulder presses. :) Need to work on my technique for arm curls (twist wrists to get triceps involved --Casey) and woodchops (do not bend elbows too much --Coach S).
