Evening run with John in Grunewald. I tagged along with him for his mileage, and we were flying! Well, for me it definitely felt pretty quick. And good. Not too taxing, but a nice push to the pace. We were drenched with sweat on the way back, but that was the only evidence of the humidity -- we definitely out-toughed it today!
