Tried a new FitnessBlender video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-KZ3R1f2Ps) with a different setup than my usual ones. I believe it was 16 exercises, with 2 sets of each exercise. Each exercise was 20s, with 10s rest.
It was cool being exposed to new exercises, and my abs burned a bit at the end, but I think the longer exercises (ex. 50s each, 10s rest) push me more.
