Fitness Blender pilates routine targeting core and glutes: https://youtu.be/ilZ0ScD4rsU.

10 exercises, 50s each with 10s rest. The prone frogger lifts (exercise #8) were brutal. My range of motion was barely visible, and my glutes felt like they were in overdrive with the slightest movement. Look forward to getting better at these!
