Welcome to Michigan weather. It was such a beautiful day, I found an online yin yoga session to do in the backyard. I liked this A LOT. The instructor had some great things to say, and the flow of the class was enjoyable. It also opened up my hips a ton, and I was able to go deeper into some poses than I have before.
Feeling relaxed and refreshed. Mind feels like it's getting a bit stronger during yin, too.
