Notes
Solo run on the PCT and Dino Trails, since the rest of the crew had a workout. Took it lax, and ended with strides on pavement in from of the house. Then headed into the Paint Creek to ice (!) for the first time ever (!!!). I think the water is getting a little too warm for icing, but I definitely need to use the creek as a recovery tool again in the future.
