Misty, humid morning workout in flats with Beth, Dot, Mel, Cally, Katie, Dani, and Jen. Got to Stony early for WU set and some stretches. Workout went well for us in mass, and coaches were happy with how this went. Ran CD on the trails. Finished up the day with strides and GS. Cally joined me on GS.
