Notes
Group run from the Royal Oak store! We held an extra early AM run, followed by a store viewing party to watch Desi's Olympic marathon (she took 7th and ran her own race -- there's lots to learn from her and that confident performance). Ran the standard 8-mile loop with Dani, Jen, Cally, and group runner Kelsey Bragg.
I haven't done that loop nor run on that much pavement in quite awhile, but it was a nice change up. The run zoomed by. Cally and I kicked it in at the end.
