Notes
Met up at Hart MS for this run with Cally, Jen, Kinsey, and Dani. We headed onto the 8.5mi loop to show Kinsey the dirt roads, Sheldon Estates, and the Stony Creek path and trails. Cally, Kinsey, and I cranked the run up a tiny bit -- I feel pace was perfect for today (slightly uncomfortable at times, but not overdoing it). It was just what I needed.
Finished with barefoot strides with Kinsey. She and I also did a couple laps in the parking lot to round out our morning mileage.
