Zap Fitness

Notes

Indoor workout on Zap's stationary elliptigo bike. Did a simple ladder workout: 1min-2min-3min-3min-2min-1min with equal rest. 15:00 WU, 15:00 CD. Worked up quite the sweat.

Enjoyed the beautiful view of the outdoors. Finished with stretching and foam rolling.
