Notes

Rough one for me today. Stopped three times -- the first because I rolled my left ankle in a pothole, second because the right plantar was burning, and the third just because. Lots of negative talk, which I won't repeat here.

Decided to commit to intentional recovery in the PM, as opposed to getting out the door to run again. Iced my right plantar immediately after this run. Did yoga, foot drills, and an exercise band routine after work.

PM foot drills:

Wiggling each toe individual with hands

Creating an arch, then pushing foot into the ground (30s ea.)

Foot drills with band (full matrix; 20x ea.)

Heel walks (30s, 2x)

Toe walks (30s, 2x)
