Tried another new Fitness Blender video. 5 sets of exercises. Each set consisted of one active exercise, and a passive hold (x2). ABAB CDCD format. 35s on, 10s rest.

Toe touches were a bear (even at only 35s), and I learned a way to make crunches harder (arms straight overhead). Video concluded with a few CD stretches.
